Jerte Picota Cherries are working with Hispania, a distinguished restaurant in the City of London that celebrates the delicious foods of Spanish gastronomy, to help spread the love for Picota Cherries this summer.

From 10th July to 14th July, Hispania will host a Jerte Picota Cherry Week. Customers will be able to enjoy juicy Jerte Picota Cherries on the menu by choosing the Jerte Picota and Goat’s Cheese Salad, a Beef Fillet with Jerte Picota reduction and seared foie, or a Chocolate Quenelle with ice cream and Jerte Picota Cherries. These dishes have been prepared by Hispania’s head Chef Iván Ortiz and their Executive chef, Marcos Morán, who both love to cook with the Jerte Picota Cherries. Picota Cherries will also be displayed in the deli area for customers to taste and learn more about their history.
