Ponemos escusas como la falta de tiempo, lo r\u00e1pido que se estropean este tipo de alimentos frescos o la pereza a la hora de pelar la fruta. Y, sin embargo los beneficios para la salud de la fruta, cerezas incluidas, son innumerables. Os hablamos de algunas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mucha agua<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Distintos tipos de fruta se encuentran entre os alimentos que aportan m\u00e1s agua, ya que, de hecho, entre el 75 y el 95% de su peso es agua. Un ejemplo: la sand\u00eda o el mel\u00f3n pueden aportar al cuerpo hasta un 25% del agua que necesita.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vitaminas y minerales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En la fruta se encuentran presentes una gran cantidad de vitaminas: hidrosolubles, como la vitamina C, el \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y peque\u00f1as cantidades de otras vitaminas del grupo B (B1, B2, B3 y B6), y, liposolubles, como los compuestos carotenoides (principalmente, \u00df-caroteno) y las vitaminas K y E.
